CIRC is digitally enabled centre run for the Community to ensure empowerment through information services.

• Providing proper and improved communication skills.
• Helping women to know their rights and duties, self-reliant and independent on decision making and status.
• Providing necessary information on proper channeling and network of goods.
• To train local youth on skill development and show them right way of empowerment.
