CIRC, Sonapur, is a project to promote and provide digital literacy, better communication skills, empowering panchayats, local organization digitally along with other digital services in Dimoria Block, Kamrup District of Assam. The Centre provides new skills among local youths in Sonapur. The new skills promoted are in the field of IT & non-IT and provides need based services to the local community like wireless connectivity & web services. It aims to empower the entire Sonapur community with information communication and technology.
